1. General Policy

We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the tyres must be unused, unmounted, and in their original condition.

Tyres that have been used, mounted on wheels, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.


2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The tyres must be in original condition (unused and unmounted).
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required to process the return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Tyres that have been used or mounted.
  • Special order or custom tyres (including specific sizing, specialty brands, or made-to-order tyres).
  • Damaged tyres due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kaico.com.kw or call us at +965 2226 2228 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

4.2 Packaging the Return
Once your return is authorized, the tyres must be returned in their original packaging, or equivalent, and in an unused condition. Please ensure that the tyres are packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

4.3 Shipping the Return
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns to ensure safe and prompt delivery back to us.
KAICO will not be held liable for any damage or loss during return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether the return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Refund for Returned Tyres: If the tyres are returned in their original condition, you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable shipping fees (if return shipping is customer-paid).
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item received, KAICO will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different tyre, you must first return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct product.


7. Cancellations

7.1 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped. In this case, please refer to the returns process above.

7.2 Refund for Canceled Orders
If your order is canceled within the permitted timeframe, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. Damaged or Defective Tyres

If you receive tyres that are damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@kaico.com.kw or +965 2226 2228. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.

  • Reporting Damages: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product.
  • Defective Tyres: If a tyre is defective, we will assess the issue and offer either a replacement or full refund.

9. Warranty Claims

For tyres covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the specific warranty terms provided with your purchase. Warranty claims may be subject to inspection and approval by the tyre manufacturer. Contact us for assistance in filing a warranty claim.
